There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Quiet area, without noise and ideal for vacation. There are two bus stops near the building. One is towards the Old Town and the other towards Canj, so if you come without a car, it’s not a problem for visiting other areas of city and aldo if you come by car, parking is free. Welcome!
