NETWORK Please note that Vi works well in the area but Jio and Airtel have very limited range ( Inside the apartment network is the issue hence WiFi is been provided). Guest access Property assistant will be there to show you the flat if you come between 9am and 6pm, beyond that time, the security guard will handover the key to you. Other things to note GROCERIES – We will share with you the phone number of a local vendor who delivers groceries to the building . The closest market to buy groceries is Verem, 3 min drive from the apartment complex. For a larger supermarket, head to Newtons or Delfinos, 10 min drive. PARKING - Free parking available at the entrance of the property on "first-come/first served" basis. MEALS - Breakfast available on request at an additional cost – enjoy a hassle-free start to your day! LATE CHECK-OUT & EARLY CHECK-IN is chargeable and will depend on availability of the apartment at that time. Message us 1 days in advance and we will be able to tell you whether it is possible or not. 🏠Monthly Stays We offer monthly discounts for long stays (greater than 28 days) - to avail these discounts, utilities have to be borne by the guest (electricity, internet, laundry of linen & towels). We collect a Rs. 20,000 security deposit at the time of check-in against these.
