Pets are always welcome. The space The original Grange located on the Montboulard estate. Living room over 1,600 square feet with four Velux windows. Fully equipped open kitchen, an additional 540 square foot mezzanine set up for working from home. Three large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (two with walk-in showers and one with a bathtub). Picnic area and a covered stone terrace in the courtyard. Large wood-burning fireplace. SMART technology, including Sonos. Guest access You will of course have access to entire gîte as well as all the common areas of the property. Other things to note In response to our guests who want to control their costs for the long stay, we initially propose a "Limited Services" rate which you can upgrade to a "Full Service" rate for your stay. Please let us know in advance if you want to upgrade your stay. The following items are EXCLUDED from the Limited Services rate that you will have initially reserved on Airbnb : - Weekly cleaning of the gîte - Use of the laundry room and cleaning supplies - Fees for your pet - Firewood for the wood burner in the chimney (electric radiator heat provided) The cost to upgrade your stay from Limited Services to Full Services is 22 EUR per day for every day of your stay.
