Artist Retreat - The ARTIST'S HOUSE

Complete house, overlooking the dam, surrounded by native nature. Composed of a kitchen with basic utensils for preparing meals, a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, living room and 4 comfortable suites. All private and for the exclusive use of Casa do Artista guests. Included in the daily rate are sheets, face and bath towels, with no change or replacement. Blankets will be charged separately. This residence is for the use of the owner, Mr. Figueiredo. The space The Artist's Retreat is located at Fazenda São João, in the Circuito das Águas, between Juquitiba and Miracatu, 70 km from the city of São Paulo. We are located in the middle of the woods, isolated, it is really a RETREAT in paradise, the access has an 8 km route on a rough dirt road, inside the woods, but it is not necessary to use Off-Road transport, just attention and care. We suggest that the first visit to the Artist's Retreat be made during the day. Quiet and safe place! We are not aiming for commercial tourism, we are a nature-loving family that has invested years in a refuge in the middle of the woods and in 2018 we decided to open the doors to welcome you! Inside the property we have a chalet for a couple, a chalet for 4 people, the Casa de Campo with 4 suites, the Casa do Artista with 4 suites and the caretakers' houses, all properties are listed here... The place is large surrounded by gardens, walks, vegetable garden, orchard, nature and art, there is privacy and intimacy between the properties. All facilities are in front of the dam, with kilometers of clean water, suitable for bathing. We have drinking water, electricity, gas and life-saving equipment at no additional cost. The Retiro do Artista team is made up of Bidu and Nina, a couple of efficient caretakers and wonderful people, who will do their best to welcome you in a professional and caring way. Large place in the middle of the woods. Other things to note We have other options available in the same location. We have boat and motor rentals for sport and amateur fishing, it is necessary to present the ARRAES to rent motors. There is the possibility of a boat ride in the vicinity, where we have a rapids with 3 falls and a waterfall without a pool, to be arranged with Joca on site, upon arrival. Amateur kayaks are available at no cost, as well as life jackets.
