Our property is a guest house with a wonderful outdoor area outside and a private pool. It is located on the street that leads to the main waterfalls, the postcard of our city. An ideal place for those who like to stroll without spending much. The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, natural swimming pool, small streams that cut through the entire property, soccer field and multi-sports court. The space The space is large, airy, cozy, with TV, wooden and plastic outdoor tables and chairs, bathroom in the pool area. Large balcony and green area on the condominium premises. 8 beds (two double and 4 single). Observe the layout of the beds in each room. Each fourth has a tricama (consisting of a double bed and two single beds). * Limit of up to 8 people* Guest access Guests will use the outside part of the end of the house + pool area + barbecue + outdoor kitchen + bathroom that serves this area and the entire upper part of the edicule + outside area of the condominium. There is no sharing of the guest area and the other main house. However, both are in the same yard. Other things to note We have electric oven and microwave; Refrigerator in the edicule and in the barbecue area; Chuveirão. Recommended: up to 8 people (limit) This is a place that is close to the woods. Therefore, natural events can happen (such as rain or strong winds that can affect the electricity, water and internet. Is it rare? Yes. But it has already happened. Several times. In these cases, there is nothing to do. Just wait. Our water catchment is done in the woods itself, through the natural sources it has in our condominium. There is no way to foresee such phenomena.
