One-story house with a GAME AREA on a quiet street in a gated community with 24-hour security, accommodates 12 people, beautiful leisure structure with 8 x 3 meter pool, game area with ping-pong, foosball and card table, large lawn. Kiosk with barbecue, stove and wood-burning oven. En-suite and 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 bathrooms, beautiful mountain and Atlantic Forest views, sofas, armchairs and a bench in the outdoor area next to the pergola. In the condominium, there are restaurants, a supermarket, and an outpatient clinic. The space The house has all the utensils for the kitchen, a living room with TV and bedrooms with ceiling fans, focused on leisure and simple rest. We have hammocks and children's toys available as a courtesy. The Condominium prioritizes the safety of residents and guests, and the house is 4 km from the beach. We are in the middle of an ecological reserve surrounded by birds and lots of greenery. To go to the beach, there are places to park the car inside the condominium, very close to the beach access. A walkway allows you to safely arrive and return from the beach. On the return, there are showers available to cool off and remove sand. Guest access The house has a swimming pool with a wooden deck, a kiosk with a barbecue area, a wood-burning stove and oven, a large lawn area, fruit trees and coconut trees. We have a large room that during the day is used as a game room overlooking the pool and pergola. The TV room is a resting option, at night, opening the sofa beds turns it into a 3rd bedroom Other things to note The house is all ground floor with small steps between indoor and outdoor areas, which facilitates interaction and improves the safety of children and the elderly. We also have a service area with a washing machine.
