My place is nestled near the heart of Montezuma. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute walk on either side of the Villa and the famous Montezuma waterfall is just a short walk up the river behind us. This is one of the few places to rent directly in front of the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the ocean view, the tide pool on the property and the beautiful garden. My villa is great for couples, solo adventurers, families with kids, and honeymooners. Daily cleaning service included! The space The villa is a eight sided two story Villa constructed entirely from local hardwoods. It was built 25 years ago and used to be our home. The many artistic touches and the attention to detail is what makes this a very special place. Casa Luna is perfect for a group of friends or family as it lends its space well for gatherings and quality time together enjoying the ocean and garden views. It has a fully equiped kitchen, dining area, tropical bathroom/shower and 3 bedrooms downstairs that all have air conditioning (two with single beds, 1 with a double bed). The upstairs master bedroom is one large airy room with 1 queen sized bed and a single bed with Air conditioning. It also has a bathroom with a shower upstairs. The 2nd story has a lovely wrap around balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean and garden. A great place to see the sunrise with a cup of coffee :) The Villa is located on the property of Hotel Amor de Mar but is off to the side with its own private entrance and parking area giving it a more secluded feel. Everyday maid service is included in the price and a restaurant is available next door, serving breakfast and brunch! Amor de Mar is a small family owned Hotel (9 rooms) and the receptionists are available for any advice or suggestions you might need. Guest access Casa Luna is part of Hotel Amor de Mar, a boutique hotel in paradise. Guests will have access to hammocks in a tropical oceanfront garden, natural tide pool, spa services and hotel restuarant for fresh local breakfast. We are right across the street from the entrance to Montezuma's famous waterfall. We also can arrange an excursion (Tortuga Island, Zip-lining, Horseback Riding, Surf Lessons) at no extra charge.
