Play a round or two of tennis, shuffle board, or pickle ball right on property. Pack your fishing gear, catch and cook your dinner right on property. There is Boat Trailer parking on property! This condo has a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen pullout sofa. This is a perfect condo for a couple or small family. We do require guests to be at least 25 years of age and have a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Beach Chairs available to rent at the beach. Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Club has the best of both worlds with the private deeded beach access and all amenities with the Lagoon. There are kayak rentals, a boat launch, boat trailer parking, and so much more. The pool is so lovely you feel like you are in the tropics. In 20 miles turn left onto Foley Beach Express, in 9.5 miles turn right onto Coastal Gateway Blvd. Then in 1.7 miles turn left onto AL-59/ Gulf SHores Pkwy. In 5.1 miles turn right onto Windmill Ridge Rd and in 1 miles continue onto W 6th St. Turn right onto W Beach Blvd. In 3 miles Gulf Shores Surf nd Racquet Club will be on the Right!
