Casa Faldum has 5 suites, a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a wood-burning stove, a gourmet area with a barbecue and a special wood-burning oven for pizza, a game room with foosball and a smart TV, a pool room, and an air-conditioned wine cellar! Guest access Guests may use the entire area of the House and the outdoor area that may be shared by the other guests of the cabins and houses of Vila Faldum. The trails must be contracted, but customers will be able to walk along the road, access the organic garden, and have plenty of space for outdoor sports. In the house, we have some storage rooms only used by the staff. Other things to note In the "Casarão" there are 5 (five) suites, with a total capacity of 13 people in beds, very cozy and spacious, equipped with cable television, heater and shower. The big house has a fully equipped barbecue area with a grill area, and the outdoor pool for the exclusive use of the Big House, which complete the set of options for an unforgettable weekend. Our big house is a beautiful space for family living, we have a small game room with toys for children and TV, a room for stretching and meditation, and a beautiful living space with a fireplace, sofas perfect for an evening of conversation, all exclusive to the big house. The barbecue area and swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the Casarão. Guests can use the entire area of the Casarão, and the common areas that are available for guided trails, and if you have any questions, just talk to one of our employees. The children's playground, canoe, stand-up paddleboard, and bocce ball court can be shared with the other guests of the Faldum Reserve. We always leave hand sanitizer available to sanitize the equipment before using it. The laundry can be used, but with the supervision of the employee, and once per day. We provide a portion of fabric softener and laundry soap for your convenience. Free road access. Avoid contact with farm animals. The rural tradition is present in the agricultural work and in the events related to the gaucho customs. In winter, the landscape and activities are transformed with the occurrence of snow and strong frosts, attracting people from various parts of Brazil who come to experience the specific charms of this different and unforgettable place. We are 50 km from Lages and 204 km from Florianópolis. We recommend that those interested come with their own vehicle, as the city of Urupema does not have Uber or Taxi options.
