Family friendly, minutes to Playa Hermosa

5 minutes to Playa Hermosa, world renowned for consistent swells and up to 13 ft waves. Our home boasts 2 cozy bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and ample common space/living and kitchen area to stretch out. 3 a/c units. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a bunkbed with 2 twin size beds. Common area has a daybed/sofa area/reading nook where a 5th person could sleep comfortably. We live on the property with our kids but both houses have privacy from each other. The space -A/C and ceiling fans in every room (except the bathroom) -Fully equipped kitchen (stove/oven, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, all cooking utensils) -Clean towels and linens provided -Self check in with coded keypad (code changes with each guest) -Banana, and lime trees -Free high speed WiFi -43" LED TV with access to Netflix, Youtube, Disney+ -Outdoor shower (as well as an indoor shower) -Nice front porch to relax and watch the macaws flying overhead or toucans eating bananas. During mango season you may even see monkeys! -We finished construction of this house in Dec 2018.
