The Golden Lake condominium is located between the sea and the lagoon, in the tranquility and beauty of one of the most beautiful and preserved restingas in Rio de Janeiro. The apartment is new and is located within an incredible condominium with complete infrastructure (Resort structure) and has a private "beach" (lagoon), fitness center, sauna, restaurant, beauty salon, barbecue (extra fee) and much more. Here you will see a spectacular sunset. Small pets are welcome. IDEAL IS TO COME BY CAR. The space 2 (two) Bedrooms, 1 (one) being a suite. 9000-btu split air-conditioning in each bedroom, 2 bathrooms, ceiling fans, 60-inch TV in the living room (with DISNEY PLUS, AMAZON PRIME, NETFLIX and YOUTUBE), coffee maker, sandwich maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, blender and kitchen utensils. Internet for you to work from home and a hammock for relaxing. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are not included in the daily rate. If the guest wishes, I can provide 3 fitted double sheets, 3 double sheets without elastic, 6 pillowcases, 6 bath towels and 2 face towels for an extra fee of R$ 100.00 (for washing them). Guests are welcome to bring their own bed and bath linens if they prefer. I provide pillows and comforters free of charge. When the guest brings a small pet, an additional charge of R$ 30.00 (per pet) will be made to clean the apartment.
