The apartment has an open concept living room and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom and is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, 2 fans, air-conditioning, and more. Great location! Nearby are markets, pharmacy, restaurants, buses, subway, Itaú bike and more. You can visit Fort Copacabana, Arpoador and Ipanema on foot. The space The apartment is super cozy and quiet because it is on the 12th floor. The building is guarded 24 hours a day by doormen and cameras and has 3 elevators. The space is equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay, and in the gallery, you'll find a beauty salon, a LAN gaming house, restaurants and more. Nearby, there are several markets, pharmacies, restaurants, laundries and more. Guest access All areas of the apartment can be accessed with privacy. Other things to note Before arriving in Rio de Janeiro, we'll need the full name of each guest and their scheduled check-in and check-out times. Quiet hours must be respected from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., according to Brazilian law. Smoking and use of illicit drugs inside the apartment are prohibited. We ask that you be respectful to the neighbors and remove as much sand as possible from your body before entering the building and especially the apartment. In addition, we ask that you do not leave equipment/lights on when not in use. Guests will be fully responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items from the apartment. Please wash the dishes before leaving the apartment, throw your garbage in the garbage (Dumpster on the stairs of the hallway) and keep it organized and clean! Pets are allowed upon prior notice and any damage caused by pets will be the sole responsibility of the guest (pets are not allowed to be left alone in the apartment).
