The space Welcome to this spacious 2-room apartment on the first floor. Here you can enjoy your vacation to your heart's content. The open, chic living/dining area awaits you with a corner couch and a flat-screen TV with a hi-fi system. You can also play MP3s via the hi-fi system. This area offers you rest and relaxation after an eventful day of vacation. The dining area with a large table offers you enough space for delicious meals or cheerful game evenings. The bright, fully equipped kitchen area offers your cooking heart all the technical appliances and other kitchen utensils that should not be missing in a modern kitchen. The comfortably furnished bedroom has a large double bed with night consoles and a spacious wardrobe. A second TV completes the coziness in this area. A child could sleep in the bedroom, with a crib. You have access to your spacious balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and plenty of storage space for your bathroom utensils. An elevator takes you and your luggage to the apartment on the first floor. Free Wi-Fi is at your disposal. Your spacious north/west-facing balcony is equipped with comfortable balcony furniture. Here you can end an eventful day on vacation together with a delicious drink. In the basement you have the possibility to park your bicycles. You can park your car for free in your personal parking space behind the house. Other things to note Final cleaning is included in the price. The initial linen set (bed linen and towels) can be booked at a price of €25.00 per person. If you would like this option, we ask you to let us know at least two days before arrival. Please note that the visitor's tax must be paid on the day of arrival. Guests 16 years and older pay €3.00 per night from May 1st to September 30th and €1.60 per night from October 1st to April 30th. Children under 16 years of age do not need a visitor's card. The visitor's tax is paid on the day of arrival at our office. You have the option to pay by EC card or cash.
