Spectacular Studio; swimming pool and beach access

Welcome to our beautiful island of Curaçao! This fully furnished and spectacular studio is located in a resort where Residents enjoy free access to a large infinity swimming pool and Parasasa beach for an independent comfortable stay. Walk to WTC Curaçao, CNSJF (Curaçao North Sea Jazz Festival), Hilton, Marriott, Pirate's Bay, De Visserij, Nacoma Restaurant. 3 min drive to Sambil Mall, Carrefour Supermarket or Queen Emma Bridge in Otrobanda. Languages spoken English, French, Spanish, Papiamentu. The space The studio is located on the ground floor, has its own entrance and opens up to a private balcony furnished with a large 4-6 person outdoor dining table, an outdoor bbq grill and well laid out garden space with lovely breezes. It is fully fitted with microwave/oven, fridge, electric cooker, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, electric kettle, coffee pot, 2 indoor sitting chairs and a smart tv ( no cable ). Included is your use of Wifi, air conditioning, hot water and a washing machine. To round out your stay, we provide bedsheets and towels, toilet tissues (for a start) and a clothing rack to sun dry your towels or clothes. * Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately before check-in. * Supplements are charged for extra requests such as grocery shopping to stock the fridge in advance of your stay, decorating for a special occasion, or excessive use of water and electricity. If you do not request anything extra or use water and electricity as normal, there is no supplementary charge. Guest access Wifi, air conditioning, hot water, Washing Machine, garden area and designated parking space, Swimming Pool. We provide bedsheets, bath towels and beach towels, portable beach chairs. Other things to note We have a secure entrance to the resort manned 24 hours a day. The security team is available to answer any security concerns you may have. They will also inform you of any breaches. Specific rules include keeping noise to a minimum, around the swimming pool area and especially at night. Residents must cooperate with the security guards as they provide valuable pointers if they observe anything during their patrols or whenever residents are entering or leaving the resort. All electricity outlets are wired with 220V so please use the transformer provided if you must use appliances requiring 110V.
