If the weather is rainy or cold, we do not promise a heated pool, only that it will break the ice. Garage for up to three cars, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and free Wi-Fi. (We have Globo Play). Guest access The guest has access to the entire structure of the house, we have the entire space. Other things to note Please remove your garbage. We do not provide cleaning materials, garbage bags, toilet paper, dish towels. (We provide the first ones, the guest must bring their own to replace them, thank you). Attention: description of our bedding, we provide fitted sheets and bedspreads, thank you, welcome. ATTENTION: we do not charge a cleaning fee, but the house must be returned in good condition. In case of misuse, a fee of 150 reais will be charged… If you move any furniture, please put it where you found it. If you use extra mattresses, please put them where you found them!!
