Privileged location, with architecture of the 17th century XVIII, the tropeira farm with chapel and corral, was transported and reassembled in the heart of Mariana by Magdalena! The house is cozy and magical, full of stories that leave us enchanted. Simple breakfast: fruit, coffee, milk, bread and butter at a time to be agreed upon. We are 800m from downtown, 10km from Itatiaia Park and Ouro Preto, in the neighborhood there are groceries and bakeries. So, welcome everyone. The space The rooms are cozy, have comfortable beds, cotton sheets, blankets, pillows, towels and views of the greenery. The house has 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 suite where I live. There is 1 bathroom for the bedrooms + 1 toilet and 3 more bathrooms on the ground floor. The garden is great for sunbathing, stretching, the balconies for reading a book in the hammock or having a coffee with a good conversation. Guest access The entrance to the house is a gate with a stone ramp that passes through the garden and leads to the parking lot. Access is on the ground floor, where the café-theater is located, via an old wooden staircase with 10 flights leading to the first floor where the accommodations are located. On the first balcony, we have the chapel and the barn. Entering, we have the dining room and the wood stove, and the bedrooms are around it. The Sagarana Café-theater has been disseminating culture in the city for 27 years and has many stories to tell.
