Family beach house - Riviera

Quiet and spacious house with lawn, fenced pool, barbecue, air conditioning in the 4 suites. Great for families with children. 15-minute walk to the beach (along the trail), close to the mall. We rent to families. The house is not on the sand, it is in module 18, to get to the beach you need to walk the trail for 15 min or go by car. On the map you can see the location of the beach! The space Four suites with balcony, toilet and outdoor bathroom. Fenced pool for children's safety. Covered barbecue next to the pool. Spacious lawn. Covered garage for 2 cars, and 2 uncovered parking spaces and parking spaces on the street in front of the house. Guest access You can use the whole house, with a lot of affection and care. Other things to note The house is not on the sand, to get to the beach you have to walk for 10 minutes along the trail. The street is very quiet and spacious. The green area of the house is quite spacious too!
