Turmfalke holiday apartment with pool, sauna and fitness room

Welcome to the "Turmfalke" – your cosy retreat in the Bavarian Forest. The lovingly furnished holiday apartment in Sankt Englmar offers space for friends, families, couples and also your dog. Enjoy relaxing hours on the balcony, discover nature right outside the door, use the mini golf, table tennis, pool, sauna and gym in the resort, or discover many other excursion destinations for young and old in the surrounding area. A place to feel good, switch off and recharge your batteries. The space The Turmfalke apartment is a cozy 53 m² apartment with a separate bedroom that can be completely darkened thanks to the external roller shade, and a cozy balcony. It is ideal for up to 5 people. When you enter the apartment, you will find the coat rack. From there, a small staircase leads to the lovingly furnished living area. The perfect place to relax, play games, or just spend time together. Here you will find a large smart TV, a selection of games for spending time together, plenty of books and a dining table that can seat up to 5 people. For our little guests, we are happy to provide a baby or toddler high chair upon request. From the living area, you have access to the newly designed balcony with a table and chairs. Here, you can start the day in a relaxed way with a coffee and breakfast, simply unwind, or enjoy the evening with a glass of wine/beer. Back in the living area, we come to the open, well-equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, and much more. It invites you to cook and enjoy together. Next is the small but exquisite shower room. A hairdryer, as well as shampoo and shower gel, are of course available. After that, you enter the bedroom. Here there is a double bed, a bunk bed and a spacious wardrobe. For a restful night's sleep (even in summer), the bedroom can be completely darkened with external roller shades. We can also provide a travel crib on request. Your dog is welcome here – after all, he's part of the family. To make sure all guests feel comfortable, we have just one small request. Your furry friends are welcome to move freely in the apartment. We just ask that the couch and bed remain reserved for the two-legged guests. Thank you for your understanding. Whether as friends, family, a couple or with a dog - the "Turmfalke" is a place to arrive, breathe deeply and enjoy time together. Please note that the indoor pool will be closed from November 22 to December 20 due to maintenance and renovation work. Guest access As guests of our holiday apartment, you have access to the entire resort. You can use the following for free: - Indoor swimming pool and toddler pool - Outdoor pool with slide in summer - Sauna -Room - Mini golf course - Table tennis (indoor and outdoor) - Free parking - Shared ski room/bicycle room You will find the equipment for mini golf and table tennis in the apartment. For a fee, the facility also offers - Billiard - Dart - Air hockey - Indoor play area Please note: Please note that the swimming pool is expected to be closed for renovation work from 16 November to 20 December. You can use the sauna and the fitness room as normal during this time – so you can still enjoy relaxing and active hours. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Please note: Sankt Englmar is a spa town. For this reason, a visitor's tax is payable. This is €1.40 per person per night for children (6–15 years) and €2.30 per person per night for adults (16 years and over). This must then be paid separately before arrival.
