Chácara Lago do Campo is a country house located in an ecological residential development with 24-hour security (Patrimônio do Carmo), with all the infrastructure, private leisure and security for your family and friends. We are in São Roque, a wine city, just 54 km from São Paulo. The easiest access is via the Raposo Tavares Highway and Bunjiro Nakao Highway, all paved and with supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, produce, butcher shops and tents of local farmers with fruits and other items nearby. The residential development has several lakes, a gym, a walking track, multi-sport courts (basketball and soccer) and tennis courts, beach volleyball and soccer fields. We have wild animals such as marmosets, saruês, coatis, geese, among others. On Saturdays we have a Swift truck, a free market, and a cheese and sausage tent. The house has very spacious and airy rooms. Full kitchen with utensils and appliances for those who love to cook. 300Mb Wi-Fi perfect for Home Office. TV room with fireplace. Board games, cards, and card table. Private pool with barbecue and mountain and lake views. Private small boat on the lake. We accept pets, but they are not allowed to enter the pool, so as not to damage the vinyl. Condominium and house rules must be respected: We are in an Ecological Residential Area and we value the welfare of wild animals and care for nature. Loud noise is not allowed between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. Fireworks and any kind of bomb are prohibited. Wear masks and respect distancing on roads and in common areas of the residential development. Do not throw garbage on the roads and collect pet waste on the sidewalks. Respect the maximum speed within the residential area of up to 40 km/h and be careful with wild animals on the roads. Garbage must be collected on collection days and at checkout (collections on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays in the morning). At checkout, you must remove food from the refrigerator and leave the dishes washed, and the house returned as it was found. Do not throw toilet paper, absorbent pads, or any kind of garbage in the toilets. Use Water and Light consciously and without waste. The residential complex does not allow cars to be washed. Animals, glasses, sharp and pointed objects are not allowed in the pool, so as not to damage the vinyl.
