2020 built, cozy 450sq foot, self contained 2nd Story Studio Suite located in the very popular tourist neighborhood of Penticton. We are fully licensed and compliant with the new BC Regulations on short term rentals. Coastal/Beach themed Couples/Singles retreat 3 blocks (5-10 min) walking distance to Okanagan Lake. Walk to SOEC, Convention, Casino, Community Centre, Farmers Market, Wine Experience Centers, downtown, shopping, Marina, Art Galleries, golfing, lakefront restaurants and more. The space New 2020 studio suite situated over detached garage with private entrance and small outside space. Cozy, open concept 450 sq. foot studio suite. Sleep peacefully in a comfy memory foam Queen size bed in an bright, spacious, open studio suite, with unique finishes and decor. Stainless steel Fridge with freezer, range/stove, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, kettle, alarm clock, lamps, charging ports, dishes, pots, pans, cookie sheet and utensils supplied. Washer and dryer are included as is an iron, blow dryer, and all the linens, towels, beach towels (during June to September unless requested), shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lighted makeup mirror, laundry soap and softener. Coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer, oil, and some spices are also provided. Brand new stainless steel appliances, WIFI, 42" flat screenTV with Roku, Netflix (not a smart TV), Prime video, Disney Plus and more. Home stereo with dvd and CD player. Remote control ductless air conditioning, remote controlled ceiling fan. Custom made, reclaimed wood countertop table with stools. Custom refinished steamer trunk, bench, side tables and more. This is a second story unit with access from the alley. The use of stairs is required to access the suite and if arriving after dark, the entrance can be hard to spot but we do our best give helpful directions. We also have lighting on the gate address sign, and the top and bottom of the stairs. Please make sure to check out all of our photos to ensure the suite size, 2nd story location and alley access will suit your needs before booking. The vast majority of our guests love the seclusion the upstairs suite offers while still being in the coveted downtown area. Owners live on site, but you will enjoy a private entrance with keypad entry for easy check in and out. May 1 2024 BC Regulation compliant. City permitted and inspected for 2 guests. Guest access Enjoy a cozy fenced area at the suite's private entrance with patio chairs to enjoy a book, a glass of wine, or your partners company. Please note, due to weather, chairs are outside in the months of May to September unless otherwise requested. Bikes can also be locked in this area or kept gently inside. Other things to note The suite is available for a minimum of 2-3 days in off season, 3 days during spring and 6 days during the summer. If you have a request for a smaller number of days, or only a smaller block is available, we may be able to accommodate, please just message us. Also If some dates are blocked around your needed dates it may be for maintenance. The maintenance dates can sometimes be moved so please enquire about availability. If you are bringing expensive bikes or scooters etc, they can be chained up in the suites' private entrance area or kept in the suite. If keeping them in the suite, please be aware they must be packed up a set of stairs and be careful when inside the suite. We have had many stay with bikes inside with no issues. This is a 2nd story suite requiring the use of stairs to access. We do not offer laundry or cleaning services during your stay but do provide cleaning supplies.
