A family run eco friendly hotel offering four all wood rustic bungalows perched on a cliff overlooking the rain forest canopy and the Rio Blanco river. The rooms are basic but comfortable and the wide screened windows allow for al lot of fresh air. We love to cook home made style dinner using lots of local fresh herbs fresh produce and fruits It is the sound of the water running over the rocks in the river that makes this place unique. It is a continuing sound mesmerizing most times and roaring other times. Acces to one shared living room one shared dining room one rancho and a trail to the river We enjoy socializing with our guests it is always a surprise who we meet next and if one wants private space or time that is very much possible here We are in the country side and live along a river. There are patches of rain forest and farm land around us. The forest and garden attracts wildlife such as sloths toucans monkeys hummingbirds and aquatic birds at the river. The rio blanco is reputed for it's swimming holes. Places to visit in the area are the Braulio Carrillo Natl Park and the Rain Forest Aerial Tram. We offer day tours to Toruguero National Park The easiest way to get here is by car but when travellng by bus guests do I arrive here by taxi from the main bus terminal in Guapiles it costs around 5000 colones one way
