Nice room with nice terrace in great location

Lovely place located in Laureles neighborhood. It is a very calm area close to the Estadio metro station, La 70 street, Laureles first and second park, restaurants, cafes, movie theaters and the football stadium. I have a beautiful terrace were you can just relax in the hammock or drink some coffee. It is also a very good place to work, with good internet and good books. I love my house and here is where I write my music, I hope you like it too. You will always be welcome here! The space The apartment is located on the fourth floor. It is 5 minutes away from the Metro Station and the Stadium. You will have a great spot to relax and a big terrace where you will enjoy a delightful breeze in that hot days. Both rooms are defined in three words: Cozy, clean and very quiet. Here you will sleep like a baby on your comfortable bed and real pillows, after an exhausting day exploring the city or working very hard. You will have a special place in your room to study or work ( desk, notebook, pens) and of course a good wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped. I will ask you to take care of my plants and my books.
