We are free of tobacco-vape smoke, pet friendly, we try to recycle and be respectful of the environment. Located adjacent to Pica Flora on Route 707, just 3km from Athens Central Park. Distribution: Kitchenette and washing machine area, 1 bathroom, room with desk and balcony. Maximum occupancy 2 individuals, 1 small non-hazardous breed pet. Parking space for 1 vehicle.  Refrigerator, gas insole, blender, iron, washing machine, ceiling and floor fan, outdoor clothesline, fire extinguisher, safe deposit box, and emergency lamp. 1 Queen bed, 2 pillows, sheets, blanket, 2 blankets. 40"screen, workspace with desk and chair, 10 megabyte satellite wifi internet, 1 table and 2 outdoor chairs, mat for yoga, boutiques, books and board games. In the kitchen: salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, kitchen towels, dish soap, pot, spoons, plates, glasses, cups and silverware. In the bathroom: hot water, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, soap, and toilet paper Your pet will have a bed, towel, and water mug available. No smoking, vaping, parties, getting the dog in the bed. **IMPORTANT:  No air conditioning, no pool, no cable TV, no parking space for visitors and the garden is not fenced. In rainy season, thunderstorms can cause blackouts and interruption in electrical and internet service during your stay** Internet speed is sufficient for activities such as zoom calls or teams and using YouTube or Netflix. Guest access The guest house shares access with the main house, therefore the gate can be opened several times in the day. It can be accessed through the small door using the key or by the large gate with remote control. At night the house has outdoor motion sensor lights. From the accommodation you will have access to the fruit tree garden of the property. Other things to note There are pets on the property but they do not have access to the home. The area has a lot of wildlife: bugs, reptiles, bats, birds, and small mammals (foxes, pizotes, monkeys, and others), there may also be noises from farm animals such as roosters, cows, or horses. It is important to always keep mosquito nets on the glass door and windows closed to prevent insect from entering the house.
