It also has a flat Smart TV with remote control, internet, a work desk with a chair, a dining table with two stools, a box bed, a full closet, air-conditioning (F/Q) with remote control, a tempered glass shower stall and a turbo electric shower. The unit is equipped with bed linen, a table and bath, hairdryer, iron, refrigerator, coffee maker, grill, microwave, cutlery, pots, crockery and glasses. It is on the ground floor and overlooks the inner garden. The Apart is next to Shopping do Esquilo, which has a Food Court, with a home-style restaurant, by the kilo, delicatessen and snack bar, as well as a convenience store/bakery. In the Grove, you can stroll along the banks of the Pedras River or relax next to the greenery, with the sound of the calm waters of the stream and enjoy the Serra da Mantiqueira.
