Apartment at Enseada Beach - Guarujá/SP

The apartment is located in a residential complex, with a lot of tranquility and a family atmosphere. There are several shops nearby (bakery, supermarkets, shops, gas stations, pharmacies, restaurants, ...) Located less than 500 meters from Enseada Beach, the apartment features a full kitchen, balcony, one bedroom suite, plus an additional bathroom (no shower). For your comfort and tranquility, the apartment has Wi-Fi internet. Note: I do not provide bed and bath linens. The space Apartment on the 4th floor with elevator. It has a balcony, ceiling fans, a bedroom suite + a small additional bathroom (no shower, with a washing machine inside). The suite's bathroom has a grab bar for the elderly. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave and various utensils. The living room has a 43-inch Smart TV, a bicycle, a sofa bed, and a table with 4 chairs. The apartment has a covered parking space. Guest access The Condominium does not have a 24-hour entrance! Reception hours: from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (hours for check-in/check-out only). Once you've checked in, you can come and go as you please. Please note that normal check-in time will be after 2 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 12 p.m. If you do not have reservations on the day before check-in or future reservations on the day of check-out, these times may be changed according to the owner's authorization. The apartment keys and gate control will be made available by the condominium concierge at check-in. After booking, you'll need to send a guest list, containing everyone's full name, date of birth, ID and vehicle details (model and license plate), which will be sent to the condominium entrance. ATTENTION! People who are not on the guest list will not be allowed to enter at check-in or at any other time. Respect the rules of the Condominium! Other things to note Only those who rented the apartment, whose names are on the list given to the owner, will be allowed access to the apartment. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, nor is playing music at high volume. We do not provide bed and bath linens! Pillows are in the apartment!
