You will have direct access to the beach from the private garden / terrace. The beach is less than 50 meters away! In case you cannot go down some steps you can also go down to the beach through the funicular (elevator) that is only 50 meters away. ✓A few steps away you can also find walking paths, restaurants, coffee shop, ATM, fresh and saltwater pools (x14). ✓The Marina of Puerto Velero is 1 km away and in less than 2 kms there is a public Golf course (18 holes PP par 3), Tennis courts (x10), Paddle Tennis (x4), Mini Golf (18 holes), Soccer field, Multi-court area, Gym, Mini Market and barbecue area. In January and February there are activities such as yoga classes, dance classes, diving and surfing classes, and entertainment for young children. ✓The fisherman's wharf of Tongoy is 7 kms away where you can access the best seafood in the area and the outstanding gastronomy it has to offer. When you book, I will give you the best information and guidance about dining in the area. ✓The apartment has two private parking spaces, one of them just steps from the access to the building in addition to several shared parking spaces available for visitors that are distributed throughout the condominium. Other things to note • The apartment is for a maximum of 5 people. The master suite is for 2 people and has a King size bed. The second bedroom is for 3 people and it has one bunk bed and one regular bed. • Upon arrival you will do a self-check-in at your own pace with precise directions to arrive and a personalized code to open the door and enter the apartment. • Sheets and towels are not included but are available for rent for an additional fee ($10 usd per person, one-time charge for the entire stay). • By Puerto Velero regulations, pets, loud noises and hanging clothes or towels in the garden is not allowed. It is also not allowed to barbecue on the terraces.
