Our house has 3 comfortable rental rooms for 2 and 3 people with bathrooms and private decks. The rooms are completely independent from the main house and do not connect to each other. Breakfast and Yoga classes are included. The living room, kitchen, main deck of the house, and terrace are common areas. We are located 300 meters from the most beautiful beach in Punta del Diablo, in the privacy of the forest road to Playa Grande and the nature reserve Parque Santa Teresa. The space In our house you can relax, connect with nature, and enjoy the proximity to the beach and lovely pine forest. In the morning, a yoga class will start your day with energy. We are also a short distance from the village, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. Our house is self-sustaining, as our energy comes from solar panels and is built with beautiful quality wood without any toxic treatment. We really love the place we choose to live, and we respect nature by making conscious use of natural resources. We are mindful of our water and energy use (comes from solar panels), and ask our guests to do the same. We collect rainwater in an underground tank for irrigation, and treat black and gray water in an onsite wetland designed specifically for that purpose.
