The open-plan living area features a comfortable sofa bed for extra guests and a Smart TV for your entertainment. A sleek, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. A staircase leads to the cosy mezzanine level, where you'll find a comfortable double bed and storage space for your belongings. - Accommodates: Up to 4 guests - Living Area: Sofa bed, armchair, and Smart TV - Mezzanine Bedroom: King-size bed (150 x 190 cm) with bedside tables and lamps - Kitchen: Induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine - Dining Area: Table with seating for four - Connectivity: WiFi throughout Guest access You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout your stay. Building and apartment entrances are secured with keyless access codes for your peace of mind. As our guest, you also have free access to shared building amenities: - Shared Gym: Available from 6:00 to 22:00. - Shared Workspace: A first-come, first-served office space with desks and lounge seating, available from 8:55 to 17:00. - Free Parking: One dedicated parking space is included. - Lift Access: The building is equipped with two lifts. Other things to note - There are ongoing commercial works on the ground floor of the building, and noise may occur throughout the day. During active work periods, noise levels on the 1st floor can reach approximately 68–72 decibels, with reduced—but still noticeable—noise on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The works are not constant and may vary in both intensity and timing. If you think the noise might affect your stay, it may be best to book after the works are completed. - SHARED WORKSPACE TEMPORARILY CLOSED The workspace room is closed until further notice due to a health and safety issue caused by a leak. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your cooperation and understanding. - For an added layer of security, a noise detector is installed in the flat, and CCTV cameras are active in the building's common areas. Only guests registered at the time of reservation can access the apartment. - Sofa Bed Use: The sofa bed is available upon request for an additional charge. For bookings of 2 guests, one bed is provided. For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, two beds are provided. Please inquire for details. - Family Amenities: A travel cot and high chair can be provided for an additional £40 per stay, upon request. - Additional Services: Extra cleaning services for longer stays can be arranged for an additional charge. - We manage several similar units in this building.
