Quiet home with lots of beds at end of culdesac

This well lit, open floor plan home with main floor master will host a large group easily with many bed options. Approximately 3000 sq feet. Small & medium (up to 50 pounds) dogs are allowed with a dog fee of $25 per night, per dog. The space Old town Erie has a fun small town feel. Check out Sweets Ice Cream downtown for a tasty treat! There are many parks nearby and there is a walking path around the neighborhood right outside the front of the house that offers really nice views of the mountains. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the house except for the master closet and the garage. These areas will be locked. For reservations longer than 7 days there may arise a need for me to have access to items stored in the garage. I would give 24 hour notice before accessing that area. Other things to note Small and medium (up to 50 pounds) dogs are allowed with a pet fee of $25 per night, per pet. If a pet is on the property without notification there will be a $300 retroactive pet fee in addition to the per day pet fee. There is no cable or dish service. TVs are all equipped with roku devices for viewing through the internet.
