La Terrazza Apartment

The apartment is located in the hamlet of Primolo, a panoramic hill from which you can admire the entire valley. The area is surrounded by a green pine forest, very cool in summer and evocative in winter. The space The accommodation is on the street floor of a 5-story building, equipped with an elevator. On the lower floors there are the garages, one of which is private and reserved for the guests of our apartment. The apartment is composed as follows: as soon as you enter you will find yourself in the living room, where there is a double sofa bed and a smart TV from which you can access your favorite services; the equipped kitchen, also complete with microwave, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. Continuing on, you will have a double bedroom and a bathroom equipped with a washer-dryer, hairdryer and bath linen. Outside you will find a balcony equipped with a coffee table and chairs from which to enjoy the alpine view. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Small pets are allowed. In the immediate vicinity you will find a bar-tobacconist, a well-stocked convenience store and the restaurant of the Roseg hotel. A few minutes away by car, in the center of Chiesa in Valmalenco, you can find an even wider choice of services (bars, restaurants, newsstands, minimarkets, ATMs, ski rental and other alpine equipment). To access the ski facilities of the Valmalenco Ski Area, the Bernina cable car is 5 km away.
