Shared apartment. The rooms are inside an apartment on the 10th floor. There are elevators to enter. The apartment has an excellent view of the countryside. The rooms are as shown in the photos and each has a TV. You can also use the garage (prior consultation and availability) The bathroom is next to the bedrooms. TVs have Netflix and cable We are 8 minutes from downtown by public bus. Remember that areas such as the kitchen, living room, and dining room are shared. The space Shared apartment. The rooms are inside a 120 square meter apartment on the tenth floor of a condominium, which is 8 minutes from downtown by public transport or 5 minutes by taxi. The building has 02 elevators and emergency stairs, garage, security and surveillance cameras. You can enjoy a unique view of the entire city. It has a single access to the apartment, the common areas (such as living room, terraces, kitchen and dining room) are shared with the owners of the apartment (Alonso and Luis) and their pet Malu 🦮 In the first room, you will find 1 double bed (sleeps 2), 2 nightstands with lamps each, 1 table and chairs for two people, 1 49" TV with Netflix and internet service, and a closet with several compartments and hangers. In the second bedroom, you will find 01 double bed (2 seats), each, 01 small desk with its office chair, 01 32" TV with Netflix and internet service, and a closet with several compartments and hangers. The bathroom (1 full bathroom) is outside the bedrooms but is for guests only, not shared with anyone else. The kitchen, dining room, and living room. These spaces are shared with the owners (Alonso and Luis) You will also find mini-markets, restaurants, and chicken places in the area. Public transportation (combi) is until 9pm, taxi 24hrs. Any other questions can be asked by message. Guest access In the kitchen you can use the dishes and cooking utensils (pots, pans, ladles, etc.), condiments, salt and also sugar. Other ingredients can be used but replace them. The living room and dining room are nice areas.
