Beautiful brand new house, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 social toilet. Tv lounge, office, kitchen, small garden patio with parking. Wifi throughout the house. Our cozy home is 20 minutes from Rionegro airport, close to LLano Grande and located in the beautiful tourist town of San Antonio de Pereira. Guests have access to all common areas throughout the house as well as the privacy of their own room. The space Our home is a 10 min walk to San Antonio de Pereira. Where you will find lovely coffee shops, restaurants serving typical colombian cuisine. There are many bars and clubs, and in the main square there is the local church that sits with pride. We are 40 minutes from Medellin. During your stay We are a small family of four, boy of 9 and a girl of 13. You will share our home, we are around most of the time. You can have your privacy or socialise with us. The children are at school Monday to Friday and when home in their rooms, unless you book in the vacation period then we aren't around much, but only a phone call away.
