Welcome to my spacious art deco style apartment that consists of an private garden entrance with water feature , braai and a large open plan kitchenette/dining/living area connecting to a private bathroom with a shower and a separate room with a very comfortable king size bed. Safe parking behind a fenced gate and inverter system. I LOVE hosting! Warm regards Elsabet The space Spacious and flowing with a well manicured garden and beautiful water feature! Magical light enters from the windows and in the winter you can enjoy the the natural sunlight. The space consist of a living area with kitchenette area, a dining table and couch and connects to the bathroom with a shower. The bedroom consists of a kingsize bed that can be converted into two single beds if needed. We live next door so any special requests is possible and it is easy to move furniture etc around! Guest access The flat has got its own outside parking and access to flat and front garden that is fenced off. In the evening guest are encouraged to use secured parking behind a motorized gate. Other things to note We live in one of the safest neighbourhoods in Paarl with a very active neighbourhood watch and over 20 camaras in the neighbourhood. The area is quite safe but not without petty crime from time to time. Please don’t leave items in your car and keep doors locked. The house is fitted with camaras for peace of mind. We also have an inverter system so load shedding is not a problem!
