The rooms have individual access, not internal, top wooden chalet with air-conditioning, ground floor with bunk beds, with fan and/or heater. Guest access Exclusive (with interventions for cleaning the outdoor area and swimming pool). The Double Loft Chalet has individual and private access, upper part, and the bedroom with 2 bunk beds, individual access, on the ground floor. Other things to note - Access to property only by the reservation holder. - Entry into the property only with photo of the guests' documents. - Number of guests hired must be respected at all times during the accommodation. - Visitors are not allowed, the entire leisure area is only for contracted guests. - I respect the silent law from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - Parties and events are expressly prohibited onsite. - Small size pet is allowed. - Light from the outside staircase of the chalet, turns on and off on the pillar under the staircase (internal), another key of this light inside the chalet. - Access to the individual ground floor, not internal. - It is forbidden to start or turn off the pool engine as well as place products, every 2 days of the lodging the poolman will be treating the water and doing the cleaning. - Leases longer than 5 days, employees may enter the property for lawn mowing and maintenance required. - JUNQUER of the upper bathroom, it has to be turned on at least 1 minute before bathing, berify if gas is on, to heat well, and turn on/open the shower with medium/high force. - Garbage must be collected and placed on the ton available on the right side of the lecture room. - Do not leave any food scraps, no dishes, skewers or grills, dirty, wash and store. - Lights the 2 gas cylinders, and air conditioning must be turned off on the chekout. - NO-smoking within all homes. - Food is not included. - BBQ grill available from mobile barrel, leave clean without charcoal waste. - At checkout, also check if you have turned off the Fan or heater on the ground floor. - Security cameras to protect the property. - Additional fees will be charged for failure to comply with the rules.
