The entrances from the first and second floors of the house are independent of each other. The house's entrance has video surveillance systems. Parking for one car is available. Favor de no poner música fuerte y no hacer ruido después de las 10 de la noche por respeto a los vecinos. ----- A clean and comfortable stay! There’s coffee, tea, sugar and a filtered water jug in the kitchen (tap water is not drinkable in Guadalajara). The beds are very comfortable. Twin beds can be pushed together to make a king bed. In the bathroom you will find towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. We have a solar water heater as well as a gas water heater, and low-flow toilets. The terrace is very cozy to have a drink or a smoke outside. We also offer parking for a car for free (please ask when making your reservation). Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Please do not play loud music and do not make noise after 10 o'clock in the evening out of respect for neighbors. Other things to note We have other accommodations!
