Located along the main road, the Metulum vacation home (75 m²) offers maximum convenience and easy access without having to wander around. There are 3 high-quality fixed beds available. In the living room, there is a spacious corner sofa that easily converts into an extra bed for 2 more people, ideal for families or small groups of friends. There is also a modern kitchen (dishwasher) and a bathroom with a washing machine. Unwind by the fireplace or on the terrace with your pets 🐕🐈🦜🐊… they're welcome😍 The space The spacious bedroom located in the attic gives a warm and peaceful atmosphere. Heating or cooling is up to you - you can choose by turning on the air conditioning. The living room is a place where you can relax with a TV, or in winter days watch a "live" fire in a small oven. From the living room there is an entrance to the single room. The kitchen and pantry are equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, and for a nice coffee you can use the Dolce Gusto machine or a kettle. The bathroom is small but has everything you need😊. If you need it, you can use the washing machine. Guest access Guests enjoy complete privacy and exclusive use of the entire house and the surrounding property: Entire house: All indoor spaces are at your disposal. Yard and parking: Spacious yard with free parking spaces on the property. Fully equipped kitchen: Feel free to use all the appliances, including the Dolce Gusto machine (bring your favorite capsules!), the oven, and the refrigerator. Other things to note To help you enjoy your stay at the Metulum Retreat to the fullest, here is some useful information: Parking and pets: Your metal steed is safe in the free parking area in the house's yard, and your four-legged friends (pets) are always welcome here! Location and surroundings: The house is surrounded by unspoiled nature, and a local road runs right next to it. Therefore, access is very easy, but please note that there may be occasional traffic noise during the day. Activities: Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy the landscaped promenade that leads directly to Vinčica Hill – perfect for a morning workout or a leisurely evening stroll. Supplies and groceries: Everything you need is within a 2-km radius – the Gavranović store, the Mivit bakery, and a local fruit stand with fresh produce. For an exceptional meal, we recommend the nearby restaurant Gradina. Convenience: This is a great location for travelers, as the highway exit is just 5 km (3 miles) from our property. For a perfect start to the day, a Dolce Gusto machine awaits you in the kitchen. Feel free to bring your favorite coffee capsules and enjoy a cup of coffee on the terrace!
