Attractive interior and exterior home on creek

Beautiful Bungalow located on Bunn's Creek with 3km of trails. Attractive home, with a mix of modern & Canadian cottage country feel. Lg patio & gazebo with outstanding garden surrounding. 1900 sq' to share & lots of privacy in bedroom and recroom area. Teak furniture, comfortable queen bed with a bthrm next to the bedroom, livingroom for the guests privacy, has a small tv, wifi, front door entrance that you use. Kitchen is shared and bathroom.. The space Home backs onto Bunns creek and parkway. Only 15 minutes from downtown by car. Guest access Access to hot tub must request most of the time its drained repaired! And if it's available it's only running in spring summer and fall closed for the winter months. The cedar gazebo is a nice place to dine, read or just hide from the mosquitoes but mainly a place to enjoy the hot tub. We share the home including the well equipped kitchen, and the entire yard. There is a large play structure with swing sets, and sandpit. There is also double hammock porch, a trampoline, and basketball hoop. It's a real home with life and a paradise inside the city. During your stay I think I am very sociable, but it really depends on the guest, each guests determines the amount of interaction they wish and we do our best to adapt to our individual guests needs. Other things to note The home was built in the 60s with many upgrades and surrounded by greenspace in the back. The home is very quiet you don't hear traffic much if at all however it's a bungalow so it's not completely sound proof between floors. You may here a door open and close, talking, but we try to be quiet and respectful.
