The 3 apartments on the first floor are accessible via a small, separate terrace. For apartment 4 on the upper floor, the seat in the courtyard is reserved. The property has 2 barbecue areas with covered seating. Parking space and bicycle storage are located on the premises. Wi-Fi is available. The property with the 4 apartments is good for holidays with friends or in a larger family, where everyone can live separately but under one roof and have a holiday. The 2-room apartment is about 42 sqm, is on the ground floor and is accessible via the terrace. From here you enter the living room with a cozy sitting area,  satellite TV, DVD player and radio. The bedroom features a double bed and wardrobe. The separate kitchen with dining table offers, among other things, a microwave, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer combination, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, various dishes and a dishwasher. The apartment has a bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer. There is Wi-Fi in the apartment.
