Located a 10 minute walk from Bellport Village, this light filled home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (including one bathroom with a tub), and a fully landscaped garden with a saltwater pool. It also includes a beautiful outdoor patio with a Weber grill and deck furniture, as well as an additional seating area closer to the pool. Newly renovated, the house features a brand new kitchen, new en suite master shower and a gas fireplace. The home is a mere 10 -12 minute walk from downtown Bellport, though we also have 2 bike beach cruisers for guests to use. The house comes with access to the private Ho Hum beach via the ferry, which is only available to village residents and their guests (July & August). The passes are for Monday - Friday use only and we provide one per guest as a thank you for staying at the house. The pool is heated and the yard at the house also includes an insulated, decorated shed with a table to work and fast eero WiFi - great for a streamed workout or working remotely. There is also a Keurig machine and a French press for coffee. Ho Hum Beach - accessible only by ferry Monday - Friday for non residents (July and August). Bellport Village is a gorgeous, bucolic place near the ocean on Long Islands South Fork. It is quiet and full of long term families or recent NYC transplants; mostly young families or creatives. Long heralded as a destination for artists and designers, the place has a creative spirit matched with gorgeous bungalows and homes along the waterfront. It is relaxing, quiet and beautiful. You can walk to the grocery store and all local restaurants though a car is good to access other parts of Long Island. We also have beach cruiser bikes available to guests.
