A truly spectacular location. This listing is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides brightness but not a view of the river. However, you can go out into the courtyard and have direct access to a large promenade and take long walks there by the water. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). We are on the Route des Arts, with many art galleries, a few restaurants and bistros, and a craft brewery. (No. 304573) The space Our home has natural light from the kitchen window. The accommodation includes an enclosed bedroom (queen bed), a living room with a sofa bed (double), full bathroom with shower and small laundry room and a bright kitchen where it is good to live. You have your private entrance. During the summer, a charcoal briquette BBQ is available for anyone staying in this house. (You must bring your own briquettes). Picnic tables and Adirondack chairs are available to our guests on the beach platform. Other things to note This property is located in the basement of an ancestral house that we have divided into 4 units, soundproofing can sometimes be deficient... it's part of its charm). We accept dogs (not cats or other pets, just dogs), 1 dog per adult is allowed and additional fees are charged, maximum 2 dogs. You must register them when you book. We have a level 2 charging station in the east parking lot, if you use it, you accept the fee of $10 per charge, when the charge is complete, please resume your parking to allow other tenants to charge their vehicle.
