Really spectacular site. This accommodation is located in the basement. A large window in the kitchen provides light but not a view of the river. You can, however, go out into the yard and have direct access to a long walk along the waterfront. Close to many activities (garden, museum, hiking, skiing). We are on the arts route, lots of art galleries, a few restaurants and bistros and a craft brewery. (no304573) The space Our accommodation benefits from natural lighting from the kitchen window. The accommodation includes a closed bedroom (queen bed), a living room with a sofa bed (double), full bathroom with shower and small laundry room and a bright kitchen where life is good. You have your private entrance. During the summer period a charcoal BBQ is available for everyone residing in this house. (You must bring your briquettes) Picnic tables and Adirondak chairs are available to our guests. Other things to note This property is located in the basement of an ancestral house that we have divided into 4 units, soundproofing can sometimes be deficient... it's part of its charm). We accept dogs (not cats or other pets, just dogs), 1 dog per adult is allowed and additional fees are charged, maximum 2 dogs. You must register them when you book. We have a level 2 charging station in the east parking lot, if you use it, you accept the fee of $10 per charge, when the charge is complete, please resume your parking to allow other tenants to charge their vehicle.
