Brukshotellet - single room w. private bathroom

The space While this is a hotel building, it is not an ordinary hotel anymore, it's more like a large, shared home. You can either rent the whole hotel or just a room. The guests bring their own bed linen and towels (can be rented for 175/SEK/person) as well as clean the rooms after the stay. There is no restaurant, but a large kitchen for you to use. There is a shop within walking distance of the Brukshotellet. The house is both old and charming but in need of some renovation. Since I bought the house in 2020, I have started renovations both inside and outside. For the time being, 100 % of the earnings are used for maintenance and renovation, with as little disturbance as possible. Guest access There is a large parking just by the house. During your stay Easiest is to text me, as I also work as a psychologist. Other things to note Guests clean their own rooms and parts of the common areas, this helps keeping prices down. On the inside of the door is a checklist for departure. Cleaning that is not properly carried out is charged up to SEK 5,000, depending on the cost of hiring a cleaning company. Towels and bed linen are not included, but can be rented for SEK 175/set. Kitchen towels can also be rented, 3 for SEK 50.
