The house has AC in the living room, if you open bedroom doors, the upstairs will cool off. The house is located 10 meters away from the water. The beach is huge, perfect to walk for miles besides the ocean. All rooms have beach and ocean view. Bandera beach is located 15 minutes from Parrita, around 30 minutes from Jaco, one of the biggest beach towns in CR and around 40 minutes from Beautiful Manuel Antonio National Park.
