Boasting over 2,800 square feet of well-maintained living space to relax and enjoy, this impressive property is the perfect excuse to bring your favorite family and friends along on your next trip to San Felipe. To guarantee the highest standard of cleanliness, the house is meticulously prepared by a professional cleaning crew with direct experience from United States hotels. Spacious Bedrooms and Layout This expansive home features four bedrooms and two full bathrooms distributed across a functional, multi-level floor plan. Two of the comfortable guest bedrooms are located on the first floor, with each room containing a Queen-size bed. Additional sleeping arrangements are available on the ground floor courtesy of a convenient sofa sleeper, though please note that sofa sleepers are generally not as comfortable as traditional mattresses. Head upstairs to discover the remaining two bedrooms. The third guest bedroom is situated right at the top of the first flight of stairs. Right alongside it is a huge, grand master bedroom that comes complete with an equally spacious attached master bathroom, offering a private haven to unwind. Modern Kitchen and Outdoor Entertaining The gourmet kitchen comes fully outfitted with a complete set of modern stainless steel appliances, including a large side-by-side refrigerator to store all your favorite vacation groceries. For outdoor relaxation, you have the choice of hanging out in the private, sunny courtyard on the first floor, or heading further up to the spacious rooftop deck. The rooftop deck is an absolute highlight of the property, perfectly set up for tanning and daytime lounging. It also features a barbecue grill for family cookouts, a fire pit for cozy desert evenings, and plenty of comfortable outdoor seating. The views from the top are simply spectacular, offering panoramic vistas of the blue sea and the surrounding mountain ranges. Secure La Hacienda Community Access To ensure maximum security and peace of mind during your stay, the La Hacienda community entrance gates remain closed at all times. Only registered residents and authorized guests can gain access by scanning a special electronic card. Upon your arrival, you will be issued one access card for your unit. The resort requires a 50 dollar cash deposit for the card, which is 100 percent fully refundable to you when the card is returned at check-out. Important Rental Rules and Policies Guests must provide all of their own needed towels for this rental, as personal towels for bath, beach, and pool use are not supplied at the property. For long-term monthly rentals, please note that all utilities are extra and billed separately based on actual guest consumption.
