Common sense should be the motto. - We only offer basic cooking utensils, for preparing simple or quick meals (Pots for storing leftover food, we DO NOT have). - Bed and bath linen are offered at the accommodation. - Soap and Toilet Paper and Mineral Water are also offered for short season. - We provide basic cleaning and hygiene products for the house, such as: dishcloth, detergent, sponge, brooms, dustpan, rubbish bags, floor cloth and bucket. - We will do with you an inspection of the property and in everything that garrisons it, both on arrival and departure. - Any damage caused during the stay must be reimbursed at checkout. - The house is delivered clean, must be returned clean, NOT charge cleaning fee in the reservation. - The service fee you pay on booking is for the site, this is their commission (14.2% on the daily rate), this is not a cleaning fee. - The internet and cable TV is provided as a courtesy, it does not integrate the daily rate. - The host is not responsible for events that may occur in the property during the stay, such as a lack of electricity, since it is the responsibility of the public service concessionaire. - If something is NOT explicitly included in the listing it is because we DO NOT offer for your stay. - All messages, conversations and information about the hosting must be exchanged through the platform, that is, our communication will be made here. - PLEASE READ the House Rules at the bottom of the listing page.
