Sea view villa Taf: heated pool, roof terrace

Villa TAF - in the "Golden South" of Crete - only 2.7 km to the beach! A fully equipped small vacation home close to the village and the beach, incl. heated private pool, for 4-6 persons (max. 8 with sofa bed plus baby crib) with a magnificent view of the Psiloritis and side sea view. In addition to the Rooftop terrace, free parking, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, the house offers a room with table tennis, table football and fitness equipment in the basement. The space The villa, designed for 4-6 people, has two separate floors with separate entrances. On the first floor (approx. 60 sqm) there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and 1 living/dining room with an integrated very well equipped kitchen. The basement (approx. 60 sqm) is equipped with another bedroom, a bathroom and a leisure and fitness area. The outdoor area has a roof terrace (approx. 50 sqm), a pergola (approx. 12 sqm) and a terrace with sun loungers and barbecue facilities for wonderful summer evenings. In front of the house as well as to the side of it up to two cars can be parked. The accommodation also offers air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Two villas are located in the immediate neighbourhood of the villa. Another villa is currently being built on the neighboring plot. Why TAF? Far away from mass tourism and nevertheless relatively centrally located, this vacation home offers for those seeking peace and quiet, for sports enthusiasts or sun-seeking beach vacationers: approx. 300 sunny days/year - (mostly) pleasant wind - and a clean sea. Guest access Areas available for our guests During your stay at our accommodation, all areas designated for guests are available for your use. These include: • Your private living area Bedroom, living room, kitchen or kitchenette and bathrooms – these rooms are entirely yours and can be used at any time. • The entrance and hallway area All routes leading to your flat or room are freely accessible and can of course be used. • The terrace, outdoor area and pool You are welcome to use the outdoor area for relaxing, eating or simply lingering. • Wi-Fi & technical equipment All technical devices and services described in the accommodation (Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen appliances, etc.) are available to you without restriction. Other things to note The optional pool heating costs €30 per day because operating the heating is very energy-intensive. However, the heating can be used on individual days if desired.
