The house is approximately 10 minutes by car to Lázaro beach. Also close to the beaches: Sununga, Domingas Dias, Santa Rita, Praia Dura, Fortaleza and Lagoinha. Very quiet place. House equipped with TV, sofa, beds and mattresses, fridge, stove and household items. Everything is very clean and organized. Family atmosphere. There are markets, a bakery and an ice cream shop near the place. The space The house is in a quiet and very nice place to spend your days. It's a new house, made exclusively to receive guests. Guest access The house contains 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and an American kitchen and 1 laundry room. We have a portable barbecue and barbecue utensils. It has an open garage, which fits 2-3 cars Other things to note For year-end reservations (Christmas and New Year's), we only work with 4/5 night packages
