Villa Katina is located in the village of Ferenci, in the interior of Istria. In a separate room there is a fully equipped kitchen where you will find all the appliances you might need to prepare meals. Stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, even a dishwasher - so you don't have to worry about doing the dishes by hand. The room is decorated in a rustic style typical of traditional Istrian houses, which makes it extremely comfortable to stay in. We would say - like at home. There are 4 bedrooms in the villa, one of which is on the 1st floor, while the other 3 are on the 2nd floor. Each room has a double bed, a wardrobe and an additional sofa, and Wi-Fi is available in each room. There is 1 bathroom on each floor of the house. The villa is surrounded by 2 terraces, 1 on the ground floor and the 2nd on the 1st floor. From the 1st floor terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape, while on the ground floor terrace you can enjoy the shade, hidden from the sight. Or lie on the deck chairs and read your favorite book. There is also an outdoor barbecue area, as well as an outdoor dining area, ideal for gatherings.
