The fully fitted kitchen/diner is complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine & all associated utensils. The suite provides a parking space in the undercover oak carport within the grounds of Barton Manor and there is also an overnight slow charge facility for electric cars. A security Deposit of £300 will be requested by the owner 2 weeks prior to your stay. This deposit is fully refundable on the day of departure subject to no damage or breakages.
