MISCELLANEOUS: ֍ Please read through house rules section and ensure you agree to everything before booking. ֍ If you are planning a drunken party, please choose a different location. We have some full-time resident neighbors next door and across the street. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. ֍ Person booking must be at least 25 years old and have a government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform. ֍ Fully trained, house broken dogs are allowed – up to 3 (no weight limit), with a $75 per stay fee per dog. Please pick up after them. Waste bags are on a post by the back yard. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Do not leave dogs unattended inside or outside. Guest access At MAD Waves Beach House, we want you to feel at home and have access to everything you need for a fantastic beach vacation. Here's what you can expect: All areas of the house are accessible for your enjoyment, with the exception of the garage and upstairs pantry, which are used for owner storage. However, we have made the closet under the stairs available to guests. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a great day at the beach! We provide a wagon, canopy, sand toys, boogie boards, and a wheeled cooler, ensuring you have everything you need for a fun-filled day by the shore. Soak up the sun, build sandcastles, and make lasting memories with your loved ones. With the grill for delicious barbecues, cornhole boards for some friendly competition, and the relaxing fire pit, we've got you covered. We want your stay at MAD Waves Beach House to be memorable and convenient. Enjoy the amenities provided and have a fantastic beach vacation! Other things to note Please note the following important details for your stay at MAD Waves Beach House: - The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book the property. - Firewood is not provided for the fire pit, but Crystal Beach Decor & More (also our next door neighbors) has bundles of aromatic pinion wood for $12.99. Pinion wood is also a natural mosquito repellant! - We welcome up to 3 well-behaved, house-trained dogs but they must be included in the reservation as there is a $75 pet fee per dog. If you’re bringing more than 1 dog, host will send a request for the additional pet fee. Any damage or stains caused by pets will be charged after the booking is complete. The pet fee covers the additional cleaning required to sanitize the home. It is important not to leave dogs unattended inside or outside the property unless you bring a crate for them. Please note that any pet discovered on the premises without prior consent and payment of the pet fee could result in automatic removal from the property. - We have a cargo lift available upon request, but it can only be used if there are no children visiting the property due to safety and liability. The lift is not rated for passenger use and it should only be used by those with accessibility needs with prior approval up front. Please leave the lift in the "up" position when not in use. Guests accept all liability for any damage or injury related to the use of the lift. We have a camera monitoring the lift for liability purposes. - The maximum occupancy of the house is 8 guests including day guests without prior permission from the owner. - We want you to have a hassle-free departure. Upon checkout, we kindly ask that you load and start the dishwasher and take bagged trash to the bins located by the road. No refunds for community-wide power or internet outages that happen durning your stay (unless they are extensive and if guests wish to leave, any unused nights will be refunded) or inclement weather unless an evacuation is issued or there’s a major tropical storm that could affect the safety of guests. If there is a pre-planned, extended community-wide power outage, host will notify you and give you the option to change dates or cancel with a refund.
