You will find this super nice holiday home Queduchique at the intersection of Dordogne-Périgord-Quercy, between Sarlat and Cahors. The house is located close to a hamlet near Léobard. The house is situated to benefit from maximum sunshine. In summer you can enjoy the warm evenings by the pool or in the garden. In spring and autumn you can even have breakfast on the east-facing terrace: even when the nights are cool, the days are often wonderfully warm. Inside You enter through the open kitchen with living room, comfortably furnished and with light colors. In the middle of the room, between the kitchen and the living room, there is a wood-burning stove. Wonderful for the cooler evenings in spring and autumn. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is airconditioning. Queduchique has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Then there are 2 bathrooms: 1 on the ground floor and the other bathroom is on the first floor. Outside This nicely furnished holiday home has a terrace on all sides of the house. On the side of the kitchen is a large terrace with a dining table and space for everyone in the shade. Through the French doors in the living room you reach a terrace with lounge set. A path leads to the large swimming pool where there are plenty of sun loungers. Here you can enjoy the garden and the view of the beautiful surroundings. Environment It is the ideal place to visit the many tourist destinations in the region. You can take long walks and bike rides here and visit nice villages. Salviac, Gourdon, Payrignac and Saint-Martial-de-Nabirat are all within a 10 km drive. April, May and October: opening swimming pool upon request!
